5. Help others and think about the help process.
6. Read good books till you get good sleep
7. sleep is Nature's best blessing on mankind.
8. Think about Mother Nature.  Relax your mind.  Think as if you are in a beautiful wild forest where lot of beautiful plants and big lawn is there.
9.  Thinking good about the world will bring good sleep
